Does NADCA offer any type of registration discount?

Yes! Take advantage of the early bird pricing and register by January 15, 2020. Online registration, including complete payment, must be received by this date in order to qualify for the early bird registration discount. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and ensures timely processing of your registration.

What forms of payment will NADCA accept for my registration?

NADCA will accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as checks made payable to NADCA (drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars). Full payment must accompany all online registration. If you would like to pay by check, click the 'Pay Later' option at the end of the registration process. Please print a copy of your confirmation page and submit, along with a check payable to NADCA to:

Note: Registration fees paid via check must be received by January 31, 2020. If payment is not received by this date, registrations will be canceled.

I can no longer attend the Annual Meeting & Exposition and need to cancel my registration? How do I receive a refund?

We're sorry to hear you won't be able to join us! To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received on or before February 3, 2020. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the event. No refunds will be issued for requests received after February 3, 2020.

When will Certificates of Attendance and CECs be provided?

Certificates and CECs will be provided approximately three (3) weeks after the event.

What type of pre-conference training will be offered?

Pre-conference training will take place one day only, on Monday, March 9. The optional Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) training courses will be held on Monday, March 9 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Additional registration required.

When will the ASCS and CVI exams be administered?

Certification exams are optional and will be held on Tuesday, March 10, from 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM. Additional registration is required and fees include either the ASCS or CVI exam and breakfast.
