Does NADCA offer any type of registration discount?
Yes! Take advantage of the early bird pricing and register by January 22, 2024. Online registration, including complete payment, must be received by this date in order to qualify for the early bird registration discount.
What forms of payment will NADCA accept for my registration?
NADCA will accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Full payment must accompany all online registrations.
I'm having trouble registering. Who can I contact?

I can no longer attend the Annual Meeting & Exposition and need to cancel my registration? How do I receive a refund?
We're sorry to hear you won't be able to join us! To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received on or before January 30, 2024. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. All requests submitted after January 30, 2024 will not be honored. Please note that Coronavirus (COVID-19) refund requests made after January 30, 2024 will not be honored unless there is a government advisory prohibiting your attendance at the meeting.

When will Certificates of Attendance and CECs be provided?
Certificates and CECs will be provided approximately three (3) weeks after the event.
What type of pre-conference training will be offered?
Pre-conference training will take place one day only, on Monday, March 4. The optional Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) training courses will be held on Monday, March 4 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Additional registration is required. Training materials will be provided in advance to all registered participants.
When will the ASCS and CVI exams be administered?
Certification exams are optional and will be held on Tuesday, March 5, from 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM. Additional registration is required and fees include either the ASCS or CVI exam and breakfast.
Note: Exam fees do not include training course material.
