The NADCA 36th Annual Meeting will be held on March 17-19, 2025 at the Savannah Convention Center.

Pre-Conference Training Courses are optional. ONE DAY ONLY Monday, March 17, 2025, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Includes: Either ASCS or CVI Training and course reference materials, breakfast, and lunch. 

NOTE: Training Course does NOT teach to the Exam.

Acceptable payment forms include: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must accompany all online registration confirmations.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by midnight January 30, 2025. Please e-mail your request to meetings@nadca.com. A $75 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. 

All requests submitted after January 30, 2025 will not be honored. Please note that Coronavirus (COVID-19) refund requests made after January 30, 2025 will not be honored unless there is a government advisory prohibiting your attendance at the meeting. Should a government advisory or any other decision by the host hotel or NADCA prevent this meeting from taking place in-person, the meeting will be cancelled and your registration fee will be refunded in full.
