GOLF OUTING

NADCA's annual golf outing will be held at the beautiful Coronado Golf Course on Monday, March 9, 2020, from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Price includes Golf Shotgun Scramble, golf cart, breakfast, lunch, 2 beer tickets, contests, and prizes. Appropriate golf attire is required.

Acceptable payment forms include: checks made payable to NADCA (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must accompany all online registration confirmations. If you would like to pay by check, click the Pay Later option at the end of the registration process.  Please print a copy of your confirmation page and submit that along with a check payable to NADCA and mail to:

Note: Registration fees via check payment must be received by January 31, 2020.  If payment is not received by this date your registration will be canceled.

Online registrations will receive an email confirmation once you have completed the registration process. For questions or concerns, please contact Taylor Check at meetings@nadca.com.

Cancellations/Refunds

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the NADCA office on or before February 3, 2020. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the meeting.  There will be no refunds issued for requests received after February 3, 2020.
