Zach Ortwine

Zachary Ortwine and his brothers Alex and Steven own Southeast Clean Air Solutions based in Richmond, Virginia.  Zach is NADCA CVI and ASCS certified and is a founding member of NADCA’s Scientific Committee.  Prior to starting his own business, Zach worked as a duct cleaning project manager for another NADCA company based out of Richmond. 

Field-based experience successfully managing HVAC system and air duct cleaning projects in some of the most critical environments to include:

- Hospital Labor & Delivery Operating Room

- A range of VCU Research Laboratories 

- UVA Bayly Museum 

- American Civil War Museum at Tredegar 

- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant 

- Capital One, Suntrust, & Anthem Data Centers 

- Hospital AHU & Coil Restorations

- Dominion Energy Industrial Campus 

Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College Class of 2012.  Zach is an alumni of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, as well as the Leadership Society of 1791.
