Brent Hendricks advises privately held companies on strategic tax planning matters, including buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, incentive compensation structuring, and income tax accounting. His primary focus is supporting growth-oriented middle-market companies, particularly in the technology, professional services, and manufacturing sectors.
Known for his practical and approachable communication style, Brent helps clients navigate complex and evolving tax regulations without heavy technical jargon. He takes a solutions-oriented approach, helping organizations translate tax strategy into business value. Within his firm, Brent is recognized for his commitment to mentorship, service to others, and driving continuous improvement through innovation.
Brent has more than 20 years of experience with his firm and is especially proud of his work coaching and developing emerging partners in the profession.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Brent also serves as a board advisor to Innosphere Ventures, a technology incubator supporting early-stage companies across Colorado’s Front Range.
Brent earned his B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Iowa.
