Damage Control

How we react when things don’t work, or worse, when they go altogether wrong, is critical to success in so many ways. Preparation and planning are crucial for success, but there are times when the unexpected happens.  Taking the right steps in troubleshooting, using learned and applied knowledge and skills, effective crisis communication and post incident response are all critical pieces to controlling and mitigating damage. In this session, participants will learn skills, tools, and techniques related to damage control in projects and processes. Presenters will share examples of difficult situations and how they worked towards operational and customer focused solutions when issues occurred.
