Your badge is your admission to all functions of the event, including the exhibit hall. Please be sure to wear it at all times.
Certificates of Attendance and Continuing Education Credits will be provided approximately three weeks after the Annual Meeting and Exposition. For satisfactory completion, attendees must have paid the registration fee and attended their chosen session in their entirety in order to receive a certification of completion/attendance. Attendees not fulfilling these requirements will not receive a certificate.
The Exposition provides attendees access to a wide assortment of products, equipment, and services on display by leading suppliers of the HVAC cleaning industry. If you're looking for vacuum equipment, lab and analytical services, cleaning accessories, containment systems and business products and services that can help you grow your business, then the NADCA Exposition is the place to find what you need!
The exhibits will be located in the Fantasia Ballrooms H-Q and outside.

Passport to the Annual Meeting
Are you taking full advantage of everything the 2017 Annual Meeting and Exposition has to offer? Participate in the "Passport to Annual Meeting" challenge and you won't miss a thing!
How it Works:
Each attendee of the event will receive a passport book at registration check-in. Visit the various exhibitor booths and network with speakers, attendees, board members, and NADCA staff to collect stamps in your book. Bring your completed passport to the NADCA membership booth to be entered into the drawing for great prizes!
The drawings will be on Wednesday, March 22 at 12:00 pm in the exhibit hall. Must be present to win.

The NADCA party is an adults-only event on Wednesday, March 22 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Guest tickets are available to purchase for $150 per person. Guest tickets do not include admission into the NADCA educational sessions or the exhibit hall throughout the meeting. Admission to the NADCA party is included for those attendees who have purchased a full Annual Meeting registration. Please note, the NADCA party is reserved for attendees and guests ages 21+.
NADCA continues to take steps towards hosting a more environmentally friendly meeting. Please take note of the continued advancements:
- Program guides are printed on recycled paper
- Session presentations are provided online via weblink in lieu of printed handouts
- Recycling bins are located throughout the hotel
