Registration

Does NADCA offer any type of registration discount?

Yes! Take advantage of the early bird pricing and register by January 15, 2017. Online registration, including complete payment, must be received by this date in order to qualify for the early bird registration discount. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and ensures timely processing of your registration.

What forms of payment will NADCA accept for my registration?

NADCA will accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as checks made payable to NADCA (drawn on a US bank, in US dollars). Full payment must accompany all online registration. If you would like to pay by check, click the 'Pay Later' option at the end of the registration process. Please print a copy of your confirmation page and submit, along with a check payable to NADCA to:

Note: Registration fees paid via check must be received by January 20, 2017. If payment is not received by this date, registrations will be cancelled.

I'm having trouble registering. Who can I contact?

I can no longer attend the Annual Meeting & Exposition and need to cancel my registration? How do I receive a refund?

We're sorry to hear you won't be able to join us! To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received on or before February 5, 2017. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the event. No refunds will be issued for requests received after February 5, 2017.

Certification & Certificates

When will Certificates of Attendance and CECs be provided?

Certificates and CECs will be provided approximately three weeks after the event. LEARN MORE

What type of pre-conference training will be offered?

Pre-conference training will take place one day only, on Monday, March 20. The optional Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) training courses will be held on Monday, March 20 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Additional registration required. Learn more

When will the ASCS and CVI exams be administered?

Certification exams are optional and will be held on Tuesday, March 21, from 7:00 am - 10:30 am. Additional registration is required and fees include either the ASCS or CVI exam and breakfast.
Note: Exam fees do not include trainign course material.

Note: Participants must have ASCS credentials in order to sit for the CVI exam.

Guests and Visiting Disney

Can I bring my spouse or significant other to the Annual Meeting?

Of course! Details about purchasing guest tickets can be found here. Please note, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted into the exhibit hall.

Is there parking available at the Disney Contemporary Resort?

Standard self-parking at the resort is complimentary for hotel guests. Daily valet parking is available for $25 per day.

Is there an additional fee for guests to attend the NADCA Party?

Guest tickets to the NADCA party can be purchased at $150 each. Please note, the party is reserved for individuals ages 21+. LEARN MORE
