Charles Cochrane has been in the ventilation cleaning industry for 30 years and is currently president of Cochrane ventilation Inc., a commercial ventilation cleaning and indoor air quality firm, founded in 1950. He is a past president of NADCA and has chaired and served on the Standards, Certification, Education, and International Committees. Charles Cochrane has been actively involved with the Environmental Protection Agency and Housing and Urban Development reviewing and evaluating methods of air duct cleaning. Mr. Cochrane is currently involved with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. Mr. Cochrane has authored many articles and presented numerous lectures pertaining to air duct cleaning and indoor air quality. These lectures include National Air Duct Cleaners Association, American Institute of Plant Engineers, and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers. Professional affiliations include NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association), ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers), AIHA (American Industrial Hygiene Association), and AFE (Association for Facilities Engineering).
