Jeff joined Disney in 1999 as an opening team member of DisneyQuest, an indoor interactive theme park. Continuing as a guest service manager, Jeff focused on creating and then continuously improving the guest experience at DisneyQuest.
In 2000, Jeff became a member of the human resources leadership team. Jeff continued to pursue his passion for human resources in 2001 when he joined the team at Disney’s Hilton Head Resort in South Carolina as cast support manager. In 2004, he transitioned to the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., with a role as admissions and guest relations manager for all of Downtown Disney. He was soon promoted to project and event manager for Disney’s College, International and CareerStart housing operations in 2005.
All of Jeff’s experiences led him to accept a position on the Disney Institute facilitation team in 2008. Jeff holds an Associate of Science degree in applied science from the International Academy of Merchandising and Design in Chicago, Ill. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies from DePaul University in Chicago and a Master of Arts degree in human resource development from Webster University. Jeff recently received his Certified Professional in Learning and Performance certification (CPLP) from the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
